First, the electric smooth pump does not matter

1) Check whether the fuse of the system can be blown.
2) Whether the output voltage between the two power supply terminals of the detection system can reach the specified value, that is, 24V.
3) Introspect the power cord and discuss whether it is abnormal.
4) If the above uniformity is abnormal, it can be identified as a fault with the electric smooth pump, which should be repaired or replaced.
2. The intelligent lubrication system system is blocked or the pressure setting of the safety valve is improper
If the invention smooth grease overflows from the safety valve to the storage tank or the smooth part shows dry friction when the electric smooth pump is running, it can be identified that the system has been blocked or the safety valve pressure is not properly adjusted.
1) Use a pressure tester of 0-40MPa to test the opening pressure of the safety valve. It is usually 30MPa. If it is less than, it should be adjusted again.
2) Only remove the grease outlet end of the pipeline, and then start the system to see if there is any smooth grease coming from the grease outlet end. It is possible to check whether each pipeline is blocked or not. If there is a pipeline blockage, it should be replaced.
3) Remove all grease pipes connected to the distributor, and then start the system. If no grease appears, it indicates that the distributor is blocked and should be repaired or replaced.
It is worth mentioning that the intelligent lubrication system and the smooth system are under pressure. Therefore, before inspecting the system, attention should be paid to stopping the pressure reduction of the system.
