Troubleshooting Common Faults in Dalian Intelligent Lubrication Systems

First of all, the electric smooth pump is not important.

When the system is running, if the helical agitator in the storage tank fails to operate (i.e., does not stir), the intelligent lubrication system should be shut down immediately to allow for the following review:

1) Check whether the system fuse has blown.

2) Verify that the output voltage between the two power terminals of the detection system meets the specified value of 24 V.

3) Inspect the power cord and determine whether it is functioning normally.

4) If the above‑mentioned uniformity is abnormal, it can be determined that the electric diaphragm pump has failed and should be repaired or replaced.

2. Blockage in the intelligent lubrication system or improper pressure setting of the safety valve

If the grease from this invention overflows from the safety valve into the reservoir, or if dry friction occurs in the lubrication section during operation of the electric pump, it can be determined that the system is blocked or that the safety valve pressure has not been properly adjusted.

1) Use a pressure tester with a range of 0–40 MPa to verify the safety valve’s set opening pressure, which is typically 30 MPa. If the measured pressure is lower, the valve should be readjusted.

2) Remove only the grease outlet end of the pipeline, then start the system and check whether smooth grease flows out from that outlet. You can also inspect each pipeline for blockages; if a pipeline is blocked, it should be replaced.

3) Remove all grease lines connected to the distributor, then start the system. If no grease is discharged, this indicates that the distributor is blocked and should be repaired or replaced.

It is worth noting that the intelligent lubrication and smoothing systems operate under pressure. Therefore, before inspecting these systems, be sure to depressurize them first. Additionally, when inspecting or replacing components, seal all pipelines and distributors to prevent dust from entering.
